Tragically, John James suffered a heart attack and passed away on July 4, 2014. 

After attending San Marin and Terra Linda High Schools, John graduated from St. Mary's College in Moraga. John became a CPA and then later attended law school. He had 3 sons: Jack, Cole and Chad. John was a true outdoorsman: an avid hunter, runner, swimmer, biker and triathlete. All who knew him were attracted to his great attitude and zest for life. He is sorely missed.
